* Each student to choose story to create a spoken summary.

* Structured grammar exercises. Informal discussion using new grammar. Reading and analysing relevant articles to consolidate grammar.

* Using typical situation in workplace create role play. e.g. dealing with a difficult customer on the telephone.
* Elicit and teach necessary vocabulary and terminology.

* Lessons tailored to client's needs with focus on topics particular to his/her profession.
* Students c and d working together doing exercises on relevant vocabulary for role play.
